Preoperative Tamsulosin to Prevent Postoperative Urinary Retention: A Randomized Controlled Trial

BackgroundThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy tamsulosin, administered preoperatively, for prevention postoperative urinary retention (POUR).
